●產品描述Description
山泉1360密封膠為一種改性聚氨酯密封膠，單組份、室溫濕氣固化，具有優異的耐候性，擠出性、刮塗性優良，不含游離的異氰酸酯，固化過程中及固化后不會產生任何有害物質，對金屬、玻璃等基材有較好的附着力。表面可漆性強，可在其表面塗覆多種漆和塗料。
SHANQUAN 1360 is mid strength、mid module one-part PU sealant .It is cured by reacting with moisture in air at room temperature and has high solid content, good climate resistance and good elastic .During the curing process, it won’t produce any poison and pollution on the base surface. It can be well painted.

●應用範圍Areas of Application
可用於各種車輛的車體可視部分及一般接縫密封，如裙板、行李倉蓋板、車底車頂、空調等。
Sealing for visible part of car body and generic joint seam, for example skirt plate、vehicle bottom.
●施工方法Method of Application1.
1.用棉紗清除塗膠部位表面的塵土、油污及明水。如果表面有易剝落鏽蝕，應事先用金屬刷清除，必要時還可用酒精、丙酮等有機溶劑擦拭表面
2.根據施工部位的形狀將密封膠的尖嘴切成一定形狀的大小,用手動或氣動膠槍將膠塗在施工部位.
3.縫隙中鼓出的膠可用刮板刮平或肥皂水抹平。如有的部位不慎被膠所污染，則儘早用汽油或酒精等溶劑清除。如膠已固化，需要用刀片切割或打磨。

2.The nozzle is sheared as required size and screwed on the sealant ,then the sealant with the nozzle is used by the manually-operated or the compressed-Air pistol.
3.The superfluous sealant from the gap may be pared off by the pattern strickle or suds. It is necessary to be cleared away at once by using benzene if the rest part is polluted by the sealant. It is necessary to cut or burnish by knife if the sealant cured.

●貯存Storage
建議在25℃以下的乾燥庫房內，避免高溫/水汽，貯存期一般為9個月。
We suggest the products should be stored in the dry place bellow 25℃ ,avoid high temperature and moisture. The shelf life is nine months.
●注意事項 Attention
1.開封后應當天用完，否則需嚴格密封保存；
2.在溫度15-35℃、濕度55%-75%RH條件下施工 ；
3.當環境溫度低於10℃或出膠速度達不到工藝要求時,建議在60℃烘箱里至少烘烤30分鐘!
1.If the sealant is opened, it should be used up the same day; otherwise it should be conserved strictly.
2.The best work condition is at the temperature of 15-35℃ and at the degree of humidity of 55%-75% RH.
3.When the environment temperature is below 10℃,or extrusion below craft requirement ,we
suggest sealant beroasted for 30min
